Territory Sales (MA, CT, NY)

Job Description

Conduct market analysis on your territory to assess competitive positioning, pricing trends, and growth opportunities
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through field outreach and relationship-building
Engage directly with dental professionals to assess clinical and operational needs, and present tailored solutions
Manage and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and increase account production
Ensure a high standard of customer service through timely communication and proactive support

Qualifications

Prior sales experience is a plus, but not a must
Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA degree is a plus
Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
Resilience in handling objections and navigating a competitive sales environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients
